My work has been shaped by years of supporting individuals and communities living through trauma, displacement and profound life challenges. Alongside my private psychotherapy practice, I have worked extensively across humanitarian settings, witnessing both the pain people carry and the remarkable capacity they have to heal, adapt and rediscover meaning.
Growing up in Lebanon and living through periods of conflict has deeply influenced the way I understand suffering, resilience and what it means to be human. These experiences continue to shape my approach to therapy—one grounded in empathy, authenticity and genuine human connection.
